    Yes, it’s not a form yet :) to build your own opt in form, you need to subscribe http://www.aweber.com or http://www.getresponse.com. from there, you may simply copy and paste the script to put in your HTML.

    for example:

    “script type=”text/javascript” src=”http://forms.aweber.com/form/30/123456789.js”
